Welcome to Ayla Dashboard Help
Ayla Dashboard Help is a tool to search for answers and information on how to use the features on the Ayla Customer Dashboard and why you may want to use each feature. The dashboard enables you to manage your deployment of Ayla connected products. From the Ayla Customer Dashboard, you can view users, devices, templates, and other information for review and updating.
Ayla Dashboard Help is designed to use in conjunction with the dashboard. Therefore, please keep in mind that each help topic corresponds to a page, dialog box, or message box on the dashboard. Refer to "How to get here on the dashboard" at the bottom of the topic to navigate to the corresponding page, dialog box, or message. Click here to access the dashboard.
Find information in the help system as follows:
- Type a keyword in the search bar to find information for features on the dashboard.
- Double-click the collapse icon,
, in the right corner of the topic.
This collapses all the drop-downs, which provide the steps for each action you can accomplish in that topic. When the drop-downs are collapsed, you can find the information you need quickly.
- Click the text next to the drop-down icon (
) to expand the steps or information; example below:
- Click the hyper-linked information in the topic or at the bottom of the topic next to "See also" (refer to the bottom of this topic as an example).
- Click image thumbnails to zoom in or out.
- Click the Ayla light green hyperlinks to navigate to the Ayla Glossary, for example, Ayla template.
